It’s late. I took melatonin to correct my terrible sleeping habits. I finished my mins and I am dramatically indecisive over whether I should go to yoga tomorrow.
Today, I felt the contrast of sensory overload and sensory deprivation.

Yep, today it finally happened. I did not accomplish my important Te mins. I did not study. But it has been a full week of successful studying, yoga and blogging. And guess what… I even helped in making a podcast! Jump to the end for the links!
Uh oh, I’m in trouble here. It’s almost 2pm and I haven’t accomplished even one Te minimum yet!
